Equality PA Condemns Bus Campaign Against Transgender People in Philadelphia

Philadelphia – This week a bus will be driving around Philadelphia with a message that denies that trans people exist. Lawsuit in Boyertown Against School District for Supporting Trans Kids

The Boyertown School Board is being sued in Federal Court by the right-wing conservative group, the Independence Law Center, because they refuse to discriminate against transgender students. The plaintiff, backed by the Independence Law Center, is demanding that the school district create a policy that discriminates against trans students in order to drop the suit.
